ThaiTai, LLC, is the brainchild of friends, one of whom is a Thai-American named "Top". The company was established in Los Angeles, and its name, "ThaiTai," pays homage to the homelands of its original founders: Thailand and Taiwan. Driven by a passion for his grandmother's beloved secret sauce, Top and his partners developed TOPSAUCE, a brand that captures the essence of authentic Thai cuisine.
As a first-generation immigrant from Thailand, Top first settled in Illinois. It was in the heartland of the Midwest that he cultivated his essential skills. Throughout the journey of this formative period, Grandma’s sauce provided solace, a nostalgic link to his family and homeland.
